Payment Method

Payment in our online shop is by Credit or Debit Card.

Schools & Institutions may order by official order. We will only invoice companies with a previous credit line for orders over £50. Please phone to make arrangements. Contact details below.

Delivery

Scran will deliver your subscription or digital image(s) as speedily as possible. If you do not receive your subscription or a confirmation that we are preparing your images within 24 hours, please inform us by email or telephone and we will complete this manually. 

Right to Cancel

If you have taken out a subscription or purchased images in error, phone us immediately and we will will cancel the payment and void your access details. You have fourteen days to cancel. Please note that if you use the subscription service, by logging into Scran during this period using the details provided to you in our email, provision of our service will have begun and your right to cancel may be affected. We will normally provide a full refund but reserve the right to make a charge if you have been making substantial use of the subscription online service before you cancel. 

Mistakes in Bills, Receipts, etc

We will correct any mistakes in credit card charges, bills, receipts or payments as soon as you inform us. If you double click in error on the payment page, multiple sales are recorded. We routinely sort these out but please inform us for complete safety.
