On confirmation of your request you will receive a Returns Authorisation Code. Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order. Goods should be returned unused and in their original condition including packaging and labelling, along with your completed returns form to:

Be sure to send your package using a secure or traceable method and that you keep your proof of postage. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer unless an item is faulty.
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate on your returns form what exchange is required.
If an item is faulty, please contact us on +44 (0) 131 651 6782 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss arrangements for the return or replacement of the item.
If you require a refund any postage or delivery charges you may have paid will be refunded.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned items have been received.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take longer for the credit to appear on your account statement.
Please let us know if you would like to cancel your order placed on our website contact us using the enquiry form. Please note you can only cancel an order if you have not received a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.
